Julie Collection merchandise purchased through the WEBSITE can be returned for a REFUND within 14 days of purchase in the original condition. Sorry, but we cannot refund shipping.
This refund policy excludes the FRIDAY DEAL and discounted purchases such as Lucky Breaks and the Lucky Daily Deal. All Friday Deal purchases and all discounted purchases are final sale and no returns will be accepted.
Merchandise purchased through THIRD PARTY BOUTIQUES or TRUNK SHOWS or IN STORE (146 East 74th Street) can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase in the original condition.
